I’ve had, and continue to have, an excellent experience with this facility. My questions are always answered promptly, and Angela, who I spoke with, was incredibly kind and helpful. The facility itself is spotless, well-lit, and very secure. I’m honestly not sure why some of the recent negative reviews exist, as my experience has been nothing but top-notch with outstanding customer service.
I would not recommend this storage facility. As another reviewer had mentioned their customer service is horrendous. I called 5 times with no answer and left a message and didn’t receive a call back till the end of the day. The women is very rude on the phone and she will charge your card whenever she wants causing me to lock my card and if it doesn’t go through when she wants it too she charges you a fee and locks you out of the facility even if your not late on the payment. The other reviewers got a couple of items correct the facility is New, well lit and cameras everywhere. However the customer service is very difficult to deal with. Renting the unit is easy However make sure to give the 10 day move out notice . Take picture of your unit prior to moving in and also when your moving out there is no staff on site . Very clean and very spacious. It is well lit. Good security with cameras. I felt very safe there! Nice owners to work with too. I highly recommend this storage facility.
Love the self check in & out at the gate and the cameras make me feel that my belongings are secure. Would recommend for anyone trying to keep anything safe. Great set up!
