I’ve had an excellent experience with Penn Township Self Storage, LLC. The facility is clean, secure, and extremely well-maintained. The units are easy to access, and the entire property feels safe and organized. Customer service has been outstanding—friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful anytime I’ve had a question. Pricing is fair, and the process of renting a unit was quick and hassle-free.
The new ownership is so easy and pleasant to deal with AND they have the most reasonable rates. I highly recommend to anyone with storage needs.
New management is much easier to get ahold of than the previous people. Great unit. Very clean being that it’s new. Affordable. Nice size for the price. Would recommend now that it’s changed hands.
