Never once had an easy, polite communication with PSA overviewers. The hiring and communication is incredibly uncoordinated, which made working for them near-impossible. Friends have also had similarly bad experiences, and were demoted or fired for illness. Definitely do not join this company, much better to freelance your own work.
PSA offers excellent services for their customers and provides the chance for Penn students to gain legitimate business experience. Can't beat it!
