Was a great sub. First time I've been there
i wanted 12 minutes for a doordash order that was sitting on the counter. maybe employees should pay attention a litttle bit more.
I love Penn Station but our experience tonight was not great. We ordered fries and had to ask for them. Tried to get our money back but there was no manager so they couldn't do it. Frustrating!!! 2 guys stood around talking while the other was trying to finish the orders. Not happy
