It was 9:30 and they were essentially cleaned up and ready to go. Restaurant closed at 10. We came in with 3 ppl. Food was just ok since it was rushed.
This is the worst Penn Station I’ve ever been to. Not only was the staff completely unorganized and not doing their jobs efficiently, but they were also cursing at each other in front of customers because they were upset about the weather. It was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. On top of that, our food took more than twice as long as it normally does.
