I have been coming to Penn Station for 20+ years. I came today with my family and had one of the worst experiences in my dining life. First they got all sizes wrong, then they said I ordered onions which im allergic too. The guy said he heard me tell the lady taking order which is not correct. My wife offered onions and maybe that's what he heard. I had ordered bacon on 2 sandwiches never got it. I will never ever set foot in your establishment again. Ordered a 9 inch this old looking blond women who claims she has worked there 10 years didnt use the measuring tool they are supposed to use for cutting bread just cut one and half and automatically assumes its 9 inches and when I had a problem with it she gave me an attitude and picked a fight with me and when she explained to me she said one half is 4 inches the other half is 4 inches so not only can she not do basic math and thinks 4 plus 4 is 9 she knew she deliberately short changed me intentionally and when I asked her... read more
