ONE STAR RATING for my recent experience. I visited this place with my son hoping for a pleasant experience, but was instead met with incredibly rude and dismissive service from an employee named Sarah i usually don’t ask for names but this situation needed it. From the moment I approached her, her attitude was off putting she seemed annoyed to answer basic questions and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. Drove 15 miles out of our commute to get the family PS — Showed up with my family at 10:40am, door says open at 10:30. Door locked. Two employees clearly visible inside, never came to door. Also tried to call, no one answered. Went elsewhere. Pretty disappointed.
