When they get the order correct, it’s delicious. But I can’t tell you how many times I’ve ordered a Reuben and said NO thousand island dressing and it arrives absolutely drowning in thousand island. Please take the extra time to review the customer’s requests. It’ll save you money in the long run by not having to use ingredients that people don’t want but are still paying for.
The Reuben sandwich was meh. The service was outstanding and it was a nice, clean establishment. I can't fault the Employees for the food, but Jersey Mike's is a better choice IMO. Still, form your own opinion and give them a try.
I usually avoid chains but I needed something quick and on my way. I was somewhat surprised. Workers were nice, price was fair, and it came out quick and hot. My only complaint was that the grilled cheese wasn't very crispy and was a bit on the soggy side. The fries and chicken teriyaki sub were quite good. Overall solid.
