Food was great service was very attentive. Loved my Philly Cheese Steak.
I just need to make this review for my own sanity, because I love penn station and will continue to eat here because I love the food. But I returned a sandwich a few mins ago and had it remade because they got the toppings wrong. So I went in and explained what was wrong and gave them the toppings receipt and they remade it wrong again. I’m so glad I decided to give Penn Station one more chance! After having a few disappointing experiences at the State Street location, I was hesitant, but since I had an appointment in Jeffersonville, I figured I’d stop in. I am so happy I did! This location completely restored my hope in the chain. The food was absolutely spot on, the service was incredibly friendly, and the entire store was noticeably clean and well-maintained.
