Great food, awesome staff!!
Just ordered a sandwich over the phone. Could barely understand the guy. I arrive and get some extra things. He charges me for just the extra things. I tried to explain I hadn’t paid for the food yet and he just didn’t understand. Had to call another employee over. I was told my sandwich was out but they were dropping fresh fries. Meanwhile the manager is sitting in a booth yelling stuff at the employees behind counter 2 of 4 seemed to be in training with no leadership to guide them. Wow what a disorganized mess this restaurant has become. You can't make sandwiches correctly like it's on your menu and serve your customers cold old frys. Too bad I couldn't give you zeros. Tell your employees there nasty eye rolls of disgust were noticeable and childish.
