I am not sure why several people are complaining about these providers. They are superior in multiple ways, and I have experienced nothing but empathy, professionalism, and warmth from both Urology and Colon Surgery people, compared to other systems in Eastern, Pennsylvania. Further, they are all actually trained in and understand neurodivergence, and how to communicate better with them, compared to other healthcare facilities. Like many other reviews their urology department is terrible. Highly recommend going somewhere else.

Waited for a urology appointment for two months and disappointed in my visit is an understatement. I was completely disregarded when I stated my symptoms and because the urine test came back negative (like it has been for months, after two ER visits and multiple PCP visits), the doctor essentially thinks nothing is wrong. No follow-up testing was ordered, even after the ER doctor said a cystoscopy was my best bet. I was told to take cranberry supplements and I have a phone follow-up in JANUARY now. I will essentially now hav... read more

They were very thorough and obviously had experience in the examination and biopsy of the spot on my arm. They followed up the biopsy with a personal phone call which I appreciated.
