Takes a couple references from my PCP and weeks for someone to call and schedule an appt which takes 4 months. I'm trying to call and reschedule over 3 days, 4 attempts, up to 10 minutes each time... and no one has answered their phone once. Not even to politely put me on hold. I spent ALL DAY trying to move a simple referral from Urgent Care along their inefficient referral system for my child with a broken nose who needed to be seen within 48 hours. I started the process at 7am and made a total of 15 calls between Urgent Care, the referral line, and scheduling trying to obtain and correct information.
