We go to hershey for everything...we were referred by our Dr due to my then 6 year olds tongue tie. It took us 3 months for them to call. When they did we were referred to the adult section. Got there for the appointment and were told they didn't take kiddos...had to wait another 5 months. When we finally saw the dr he was rude...more so ignorant. Seemed proud that he was the only peds ENT for miles after he told me he beleived me to be the worst parent ever for not starting my son in speech therapy before seeing him. He tol... read more

My experience with them they have refused to help me multiple times and the last one was Dr Whitfield he has refused to help me except cut the same thing again and again to treat a reoccurring issue. I highly do not recommend someone’s care that has no connection or concern with the patient. You guys are sad quit and give the job to some that looks at the patient as priority and not your time. Man kind is sad today.

When I called and got someone to answer, they didn't have the referral or I would call and would have to messages. I just went to an independent ENT. No referral neccessary. Everyone was pleasant. I am really not impressed with Penn State. I had high hopes and have been patient but I am just about over it. I am slowly getting some... read more

We were given the choices of Hershey Medical Center or Johns Hopkins in Baltimore. We chose (against recommendation from our Pediatrician) to move forward with Hershey Medical Center. Never did we expect to encounter such a lack of professionalism or blatant disregard for our son’s health by the Doctors at Penn State Health. It took six months for our son to be seen in person due to our appointment being cancelled by Penn State Health and finally our Pediatrician calling in to advocate for an in-person visit in December. Dur... read more
