I bring my mother in law for her appointments and all we do it wait. Don’t get me wrong the Dr is great but we shouldn’t be waiting for going on 50 minutes to be seen. I could understand running behind now and then but this is every time we are here. I do not recommend this office at all.

I've always had great experiences here. They have always treated me with respect, I've never had to wait long, and I really love my doctor!

Maybe it's me, but I think that Penn state medical group, is completely understaffed, or just unable to handle the volume of patients they schedule, because I literally had to wait 6 months just to get an appointment to see a dermatologist, and in that period of waiting time, my condition has severely gotten much worse, and now most likely more difficult to treat. I sincerely hope that my experience with them so far, is not a indication of there medical practices, because I have to drive 4 hrs to be seen, and with the curren... read more

This office used to be awesome. In the last 3 years however they have accepted so many patients they won’t see me. Literally every time I have been sick or needed my doctor I have been sent to urgent care bc they are so full they are scheduled out for a week or 2. TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE to take on so many patients you no longer can see the ones you already established care with. Horrible place now certainly won’t and don’t recommend.
