I have been to few nearby hospitals with my daughter and Hershey Children’s Hospital has been the best one in this area. Friendly staff, and amazing medical team. Hospital in general is great
My daughter had a pacemaker put in by Dr. Imundo and he was AMAZING as well as his staff throughout the entire process. He Took into consideration the placement of the scaring , knew how to talk on her level and when we left his office after a consultation my daughter said everything was better here. I would recommend him and his staff hands down. The nurses in office and hospital before and after the procedure were also amazing…. My son was treated her over the weekend, they gave sub-par care at best, were not communicative with my spouse, who was present with my son. They called me after he had been discharged to ask for consent of care from students as they are a teaching hospital. Although I was not present at the hospital, I believe they require consent before treating and should have asked prior to. Shady business. Not impressed by this hospital. At all.
They billed my insurance for 100k for one tooth extraction of my daughter!! Insane!
The absolute worst experience of our lives. This hospital has been nothing but unfair and inhumane to our family. The lack of respect and professionalism is out of this world. They will disregard the well being of their patients, as well as their personal information. My Hippa rights were violated and my private information was passed along to staff and nurses without my consent. I physically have to be with my almost teenage son for every single admission and cannot leave his side, as they neglect his health and mental need... read more
