The worst hospital ever. Noone listens to you when you express your concerns until something crazy happens. The doctors think that because you don't have a degree in medicine you are always wrong. I may not know medicine but I know my child and it's nothing greater then a mothers instincts. When you come here for one thing they try to focus on another thing that has nothing to do with why your child was admitted. Our preemie baby was born here in April. Between baby and I, we spent a month here at the Hershey Children's Hospital / NICU. Both baby and I received excellent care. We were also blessed by the Ronald Mcdonald house just up the road.
Always a good experience
My son is currently being treated in the NICU after being born at 28 weeks. He’s been there for 2 months now and since he has been moved out of the icu part I’ve been treated like crap. I’m told I’m gonna be called and nothing half the time. Having test done and sometimes not finding out that he has had something done until I physically get there (there response it’s not in our procedure to have to call you when we have to do test unless we need consent or unless you tell us to call). Sunday March 23rd a little boy 12 years old was struck by a car. The surgeons, nurses, doctors, down to housekeeping has been nothing but kind and generous. Thank you for saving E’lann Brown Jr’s life and being/bringing as much comfort and patience for/with my son as possible.
