Exactly 2 weeks ago I underwent scoliosis surgery, when I arrived in the pediatric wing all of the nurses were so kind and helpful in calming me down. My doctor was Dr. Douglas Armstrong, I have been going to him since I'm 13 and I am 20 now. He is such an amazing dr. & I couldn't have picked & or trusted a better dr. When I woke up my nurse did absolutely everything to make me feel better after a 6 hour surgery. I was then moved to the adult side of the hospital for my 6 day stay. Saved my life!
Dr Clark performed our son's heart surgery when he was 2 1/2 weeks old. His heart defect (coarc of the aorta) was unknown until after he was born. Dr Clark was not only an amazing surgeon who saved our son's life but he cared about our family as well. I hope our paths never cross again but I know if they do, our son will be well taken care of. Thank you Dr Clark and thank you Hershey Med Center!
What can I say about this amazing hospital, my son was life lion to Hershey medical center nicu at just 18 hours. These nicu nurses were just amazing they helped my boyfriend and I have strength to keep going when we were so worked up and my son spent the first week and 5 days of his life in the nicu but thanks to the amazing care and teamwork my little guy has been home for 3 weeks he is 5 weeks old and 2 days old.! Thank you Hershey!

Wonderful hospital!!! They saved my husband!
everbody at this establishment did everything they can to make my son as combfortable as possible. The staff was amazing they made sure that we knew everything that was going on before it happened and that they answered every question that we had one hundred percent. If you have or know anyone that needs medical attention and it is life threatening i recomend that this is your first choice because it is the best chance somone you is seriously ill will have.
Its a wonderful hospital. We really needed a hospital for children in our area.
Davids surgical team is by far one of if not the best in the country.....
