Good hospital - great doctors - but it's never easy to get through to the doctor! When I call Internal Medicine - I'm on HOLD listening to announcements and such for about 20 minutes, every single time!! It's so frustrating!!

Recently my husband of one month was admitted to Hershey Med Center for what we thought was a very serious heart valve disorder. We came to the ER fully expecting open heart surgery. We left three days later with an odd, but manageable issue with BP. The entire experience at Hersey Med was beyond competent, compassionate and caring. Every team that we were introduced to went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of.....and we did!
