almost every experience has been not so great. had to sleep on floor in er cause nobody would bring me a liter or chair. housekeeping dont clean properly (have pictures) pediatric nurses need retraining on how to handle kids and their family. Most are uncaring and only seem to be here for a paycheck! cafeteria ladies are rude! doctors give no care about what you have to say or your opinion, their the doctor they know all!!

Being made to sit in a waiting room for 45 minutes after checking in, instead of being able to grab lunch. Thanks so much for punishing me for arriving early. Think about telling people that before I’m made to sit next to a crying baby for 45 minutes. And thanks for wasting my precious time.
RecommendedStaff here is amazing! My parents were sent here after an accident and received nothing short of the best possible care they could. We had to drive 3 1/2 hrs to get here to be with them and their nurses on 3 South were very accommodating to make sure not only they were comfortable but us as well. We were very pleased with everything and thank the staff tremendously for all their hard work and dedication to their patients.
