My experience here is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I'm currently in this terrible place!!!! Nurses DO NOT ADVOCATE for YOU!!!! THE DOCTORS HERE ARE RUDE AND ABSOLUTELY NO BEDSIDE MATTERS!!!! YESTERDAY, I HAD TO USE THE BATHROOM AND it took them more than 1 hour just to get to me. The Nurses are not compassionate AT ALL!!!! IVE BEEN ASKING FOR MY PAIN MEDICATION AND I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR AWILE!!!!!! I NEED HELP!!!!!
My 95 year mother was brought in by ambulance on a Friday and discharged the following Tuesday to a rehab. I arrived when she was in her room. There is such a shortage of help and a terrible communication system in place. Following complaints and things I witnessed. 1. Unbelievable filth and oder from waste in the room, on the floor by her bed and bathroom.
