Had my 3 year old with a broken leg there to be seen by Dr. Flynn. He and his med student did a fantastic job with my 3 year old and with explaining everything. Would highly recommend!
Had surgery scheduled and everything in my life with my kids and work in place since I would be out 3 months, and 4 days before, they canceled it because of paperwork they would not complete with the insurance company. They failed to do the pre certification in a timely fashion and didn't tell me the correct information needed prior to surgery. Told me my surgery has to be rescheduled because they failed and told me I have to wait another 3 months. The whole time while I am the one suffering in pain. Also, offered me a presc... read more
