They take advantage of college age students. Heating and Air is horrible if it works at all, ceiling fell down on my son while he was sleeping. Took forever to get repaired only to begin to crack and fall again a few weeks later. Extra charges constantly, for example high electricity used but never gave us the bill when asked multiple times. Also consistently keep the renters deposits for bogus reasons such as apartment was left unclean after I, his mother, has cleaned it.

Nice people and wonderful Apartments. I highy recommend
The places are very nice but the people who own it are rude. The shower and heater/AC didn't work and they wouldn't send someone out to fix it. So we were either freezing or roasting not worth it for how much it was. I never never recommend them. All they care about is getting there money. The only reason they didn't get 1 star is because the places are close and they are nice.

Amy. You have us mixed up with another company. I purchased the company in March 2017 and am 100% committed to the comforts of our residents. I did not see you in my current tenant list. If you live in one of "our" buildings it may be the offshoot Penn Park Properties.
I'm not typically a complainer, but for future reference I would request a damages report for anyone planning to move in. Some places require you to fill one out and return it within 48 hours of move-in, to keep record of pre-existing damages and what the tenants can be held accountable for.
