David was very helpful in advising us on our repairs, arrived on time, was very professional, and friendly. He was very helpful with the insurance, and a call away throughout the process. Pen Dryer Vent Cleaning was fast and efficient throughout the whole process from responding and booking the initial appointment to completion. They were very through and explained every step along the way. They even showed us what they extracted from our dryer vent! It has made a big difference with our dryer! Though I did not personally work with penn roofing, I know they installed the roof of the house we bought, how do I know? Because I have the the proposal from 2014. Our roof is 10 years old and needs a full replacement because penn roofing decided to do the worst possible job known to man.
