Pick up parts there great to deal with
I work for Penske. On 09/10/24 I was instructed to go to Penn Power to get a transmission control module. I went to parts and Adam got me a TCM. Adam asked me if I wanted it programed. I didn't know. He suggested I call our service department. There was some confusion with my question. Our service wanted to talk to Penns service department. In the mean time Adam suggested we should go to Penn's service department. We did and Adam found out that the service department already programed an TCM.
