People here are so unfriendly and act like they don’t want to help you at all. Asked a few questions and the front desk lady was so rude to me. Get staff that actually want to work with people. I mean it’s a hospital.

I don’t ever have a bad experience with Penn Lab. They have a system , once you follow their instructions you will be in and out. They are all great ppl and if any of them are having a bad day it’s ok they are human
I see a bunch of mixed reviews here. To each their own experiences. I myself haven’t had an issue besides the occasional long wait. Which is understandable when they’re sometimes understaffed and have too many patients. Even while overwhelmed the staff always seems very friendly and welcoming. Before writing a bad review on how busy they were at the time you show up. Try to take into consideration that you didn’t plan your trip accordingly with the rest of your schedule.
