I am writing to share my experience during a walk-in appointment after work today at the Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine lab. My phlebotomy tech, Ernesto, and the coordinator, Troy, were incredibly accommodating. Please know that your kindness is greatly appreciated and goes a long way.
Very prompt service and able to take walk-ins.
Your website needs to specify that you don't take walk-in after 545 as nothing is stated and they turned my mother away from her required weekly INR and we came at 550
People here are so unfriendly and act like they don’t want to help you at all. Asked a few questions and the front desk lady was so rude to me. Get staff that actually want to work with people. I mean it’s a hospital.
Walked in for labs and quickly was seen all the times I’ve been here
