I would give 0 stars if I could. Honestly, I would give -10 stars if I could. I never even had a chance to get in to see the Dr. TLDR: Do yourself a favor and find a smaller practice, you will never be able to make an appointment here, and even if you can they will just cancel on you anyway and then try to make it out like it's your fault. I would give a zero stars. My experience with this practice (Dr. Saige Fang) has been unprofessional and a complete nightmare. When I first scheduled the appointment I asked to see an ENT doctor and ended up with a CRNP, which I found out a day before my appointment because my mom called me in a panic due to the front office staff harassing her to confirm the appointment. Need better front desk reps who can vocally present themselves over the phone (i.e: make sure they are giving the correct info with times & listening properly). Not to mention the undertone of the attitude that was given by the young lady when i went to clarify what was said because i wanted to make sure what i wrote down was correct. She proceeded to say “WELL I SAID…” with a sweet but irritated voice like as if she couldnt be corrected. This happened at 2:30pm on 4/17 via phone. Ill take my appointment elsewhere.
