The apple of my eye – I went to Penn Optical the other day and was pleased to receive such a professional, thorough eye exam in the heart of the city. You could not ask for better service and the eyeglass selection was great. From the friendliness of the staff to the efficiency of the service, I was extremely satisfied. I highly recommend Penn Optical to anyone who is looking for a highly professional experience.
All around good find – I went to Penn Optical on a recommendation from a friend. She was absolutely right, the selection was great, I got a pair of designer frames for less than I had seen them before. I also thought the customer service was amazing - the man in the store spend a long time with me helping me pick out frames that looked best. The store is great, really professional, it's on the second floor of the building-- by penn station.

Great service!! – Penn Optical has the best customer service - the people are so nice and helpful, and the turnaround is really quick! They don't treat you like just a number and rush you out for the next patient, and the doctors are really helpful.
