It was amazing place to give birth, doctors and nurses were so supportive and caring.
Edited to add: Pennsy has suggested I send my comments to Guest Relations, which I've done twice this year via lengthy detailed emails and have never gotten any response. Original review: On the OB side Pennsy is the gold standard, but my care has been seriously lacking when it comes to GYN. My experience receiving care as an adult woman has been riddled with unanswered phone calls, delayed orders, mis-coded screening tests, and astronomical costs as a result. Unfortunately, after that, I never heard back. I called multiple times to follow up, but no one was able to help me or provide any clear next steps. Ultimately, I decided to leave Penn OB entirel... read more
