I have been a patient of this practice for many years, like and respect the medical team. I was horrified at my most recent experience. In an OBGYN waiting room shared with ONCOLOGY- there were a few people waiting with masks around their neck, not over their nose/mouth. I notified the waiting room staff - who also had her mask PULLED DOWN! I then notified the lobby desk person who simply shrugged and replied “oh well”. Seems like Penn Medicine is resting on their laurels......
Tried to make an appointment today to see dermatologist Dr. Gist next new patient appt. is Nov. 2019. Dr. Del Monaco next appt. is June 2019. Are you kidding. That is ridiculous. I doubt any new patient that has a problem is able to wait a year to see a doctor. You should just stop taking new patients. This is a disgrace Penn Medicine Cherry Hill.

Dr. Christopher Travers did my hip replacement two weeks ago. he was so kind and patient with all my questions and also explained everything to me. I'm two weeks out of surgery and doing amazingly well! I highly recommend Dr. Travers.

Dr. Sarah Kim is a highly skilled physician and surgeon, with a warm and caring bedside manner. As a healthcare worker myself for over 30 years, this is a rare find. I had a robotic total hysterectomy at Pennsylvania Hospital, and could not be happier with the results, the care and the treatment that I received from Dr. Kim, her team of nurses and the overall experience. This is why I always choose Penn Medicine. Excellent, I highly recommend!
