I saw Dr. Ken Rosenstein within the past week or so and had an excellent experience. The clinic was bright, clean, and well run, and the entire visit felt calm and efficient. Dr. Rosenstein was pleasant, asked thoughtful questions, listened carefully, and examined everything with diligence and respect. Dr. Rosenstein is one of the most caring, competent, professional doctors I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. I've been seeing him for the last two years after seeing another ENT doctor, for ear issues, for the past 30 years. He takes his time, he's on time, and he's provided me with solutions that have never been presented in the past. His assistant, Devon, is wonderful as well. DO NOT SEE DR. ROSENSTEIN He marked a false procedure on my visit and incurred a 700$ charge for a procedure not covered by insurance that HE DID NOT PERFORM. I disputed this claim three times and they refused to update the payment despite the procedure they were charging me for NOT HAPPENING. I went in for a new patient appointment and ended up with a crippling medical bill that I cannot pay for a procedure I did not have done.
