Thieves! I took my 2004 Toyota Highlander in to fix the heat/AC. When I got it back it still wasn't working. I took it to another mechanic and he said the air mix motor was MISSING. It was in the car before bringing it to Penn Hills Automotive. I was told that they wouldn't have taken it out and they didn't know what happened. They refused to replace the stolen part.
