The front office staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional. As someone who previously worked that specific job, I could not fathom speaking to patients and or other healthcare professionals the way they do. - speaking as both a private patient as well as a medical professional who has been on hold the last half hour and after waiting on hold for 20+ minutes hung up on twice only to call back and immediately be put back on hold. Id give ZERO stars if I could.
Fastest urgent care in Clarion. Dr.Cody is a great doctor. For a pcp- Dr.Kennedy is Knowledgable, friendly and personable. He makes sure he studies your case before an appointment and spends time with you. Not just in and out, here's my guess. I recommend this facility also for their gynecologist! Receptionists are also fast and friendly!
We love every care we receive here, from the urgent care, the family dr kennedy(wonderful), gyno, lab work, and the pharmacy. Everyone is so welcoming and nice. You also get in and out, never have I waited any more than 15 mins for anything. I always take my family's needs here first.
