I gave up on most all Penn reels. But I still have 4/0's 330 and 320GTIs and 50T, *from 1988* 50TW, 50 VISW AND VSX INTERNATIONALS. They all go back for factory service. And I highly recommend you consider same. If you fish BFT go for the handle upgrades. People complaining about no their 350SS servicing? Those reels are over 25 years old. Try getting Shimano to service old reels. For the most part the answer is NO. Expect 6 to 8 weeks turn arounds, with no communications. LONG LIVE PENN
Penn has always been my favorite brand of fishing reel. Recently I had a problem with one of my reels it was a no questions asked policy they seemed to take and everything was handled professionally and quick
Very nice and clean fishing company
Horrible company! Terrible customer service! Reel techs completely ignoring reel repair forms and all customer notes on said repair form. I sent my slammer iv 3500 in for reel repair, first off trying to get in touch with someone from Penn customer service is about as easy as moving a 10 ton boulder let me just say that. I’ve been trying to get this reel fixed since march of this year and when I finally talk to someone and get everything figured out I send the reel just for them to oil the reel and put the complete wrong han... read more
Horrible nobody answer the phone warranty is never handled I’m pissed off getting rid off all my penn products
