Penn is not what it used to be. They claim they delivered my new rods and reels but have no photos and Ring shows they didn’t. I only got the t shirt and reel oil. I’ve been calling and emailing them for days and no response. Went to the factory and despite saying open online they are closed. Makes me wanna quit fishing. Def quitting Penn
