If you are planning to get an IUD (or are planning a family or experiencing pregnancy loss), I highly recommend Penn Medicine's PEACE Center. I have gotten 3 or 4 IUDs in the past few years (long story), and this was by FAR the best experience I've ever had. Four nurses were in the room with me and one was there solely to hold my hand through the procedure. They offered numbing (most places don't) and gave me gatorade, snacks, and a stress ball.
