This location absolutely needs to be shut down. I originally called and had an appointment for October 5th. I was then notified via a grammatical error-filled message through the Penn Medicine portal the next day that my appointment had been cancelled and bumped to November due to a shortage of PCP's. My primary care provider moved out to the West Chester location. When I tried to schedule an appointment there, I was told they don't take my insurance. Trying to schedule an appointment here is terrible! I’ve had knee pain and swelling since July, they questioned me for 10 minutes just to say “oh yeah that does sound but we don’t have any appointments I recommend you going to urgent care or the er. I called again today because the pain came back, same treatment, no sense of urgency, but when I call to schedule a pap appointment magically all of the slots in the world are available. This practice has a severe, ongoing problem with staff retention. Primary care providers leave constantly, and they have even lost their long-term Nurse Practitioner. Trying to get an appointment in a timely manner is nearly impossible. On top of that, they are critically short-staffed—they have no staff nurse, new and inexperienced medical assistants, and no practice manager.
