Dr. Denise Hooks Anderson is a GOD SEND. She is the ultimate Dr---caring, knowledgeable, personable, orand most of all, she actually listens and responds with sound medical advice for "next steps". This the worst doctors office .. they don’t never have any appts ..you could be dying and they going to tell you we will give you a call in 72hrs and never call .. I’m so sick of this place.. and I was With this office for yearsssss these last 2-3 has been horrible
I came in today to have lab work done. I had called to make sure that they had walk-ins for the lab. I was assured by someone at the call center that my location indeed had walk-in. I was given the wrong info and did not find out until I arrived. The receptionists there were very helpful and gave me a list for alternative labs that had what I needed.
