I have been with Penn Family Care for greater than 5 years. Over the years the response from the doctor, specifically Dr. Caplan has gotten worse. He is frazzled during my office visits and I am concerned that he is overwhelmed by his responsibilities. He has dropped the ball twice as it pertains to MyChart messages as well as filling out required paperwork. I am at my wits end and will likely find another care provider if this continues.
The doctors here are caring and compassionate. It’s a wait time everywhere and I do understand but patience is required in all seasons. I truly thank all my doctors for all they help me with.
I been trying to get a new patient appointment for over year now I’m just over it I will be switching my pcp asap
