This location is new and evolving, but overall I've had good experiences here outside of communication. They hardly ever answer the phone, or return voice messages and that part is extremely frustrating. Overall, I've received a deep cleaning, crown adjustment, tooth extraction and am currently returning for a crown prep later this month. Obi took care of my dental needs today with such excellent precision and attention to detail. He handled me with care and showed concern for the level of service that I expected. Not once did I feel like he rushed through my questions or the dental work that I received. The check-up, cleaning, and repair were all too-notched. Kudos to you Obi and Penn Dental for delivering A+ care and customer service to a very particular patient such as myself. Thank you again🌺
