short waiting room time, very friendly staff, usually in & out within an hour
I had a bad “cavity” that was actually a root canal but instead of sending me to an actual specialist to take care of it, Dr. Krowicki wasted my time and insurance adjusting my bite which did nothing to fix the problem. Then, once I went to someone else to cap the tooth, the pricing was not transparent because I hadn’t seen the new dentist before. But since I’m a graduate student this practice is basically my only choice. If it’s not your only option, go elsewhere.
I saw Dr O for my TMD and she was fantastic. Extremely thorough during both her history-taking and the physical exam. Very detailed instructions on follow-up and PT recommendations. Highly recommended!
