I have hired Penn contractors several times over the years. Most recently, they renovated my second floor, making the home more functional for my growing family. This included elongating the hallway, adding a wall, changing the bedroom carpeting, and remodeling a bathroom. They were very clean, thorough and trustworthy. Had a front door replaced and reframed. Also, hinges and doorknobs replaced on interior doors. Max was easy to plan with and everyone in the office was quick to respond to updates and questions. For construction, Matt and Carson worked quickly yet were very efficient with a strong attention to details. I am pleased with the outcome.

Penn Design and Remodel helped us with a large exterior renovation. We knew what the final vision was for the project but had a lot of questions on how to achieve it. From our very first meeting through to completion the Penn Design and Remodel team was there to help us in a way that was timely, experienced and efficient. Back in 2020, at the beginning of the COVID pandemic, Penn Contractors added a magnificent sunroom to our house where a deck previously was located. I'd just like to follow up on their job. 1 week before the 5-year warranty was to expire, I received a call from Penn. They wanted to make sure that everything was fine prior to the warranty expiring! I mentioned a few drywall cracks from settling and Penn arranged for things to be fixed in a timely manner. We recently completed 2 full bathroom remodels over 6 months, with a two month break in between. The results are everything we've come to expect from Penn Contractors over what is now an almost 20 year relationship. A truly collaborative design process, frequent meetings and updates, excellent craftsmanship and thoroughly professional conduct. Highly recommend.
