Absolutely horrible closing services on my home purchase. Clearly uncaring, unprofessional, the worst, did not submit checks for multiple escrow holds, never submitted homeowner’s insurance for new mortgage. What services did I actually pay for? One of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. People should be suing this company for the fees they charge. Totally ridiculous, save yourself the hassle and do not use them to close your mortgage!
I am a flipper, have seen so many closing companies, so I can say this in a fair way: If there is minus star option, I would select minus 5 stars! So unprofessional. They are unfamiliar with the procedures in the area they practice, poor communication, mess up with both buyers and sellers’ documents, slow and late in everything.
Penn Bridge was the title company used by the buyers of a house I recently sold. If there was a way to give a score lower than one star that would be suitable. The individual I needed to deal with was at best less than forth coming and at worst not very knowledgeable. Almost all of the paperwork that I was required to fill out needed to be completed twice due to incorrect or incomplete instructions provided by the closing coordinator. I would never work with penn bridge again. If there was a minus category they would get it. Moe is the worst unkind disresptful closer and she is in client relations? She argued with my husband and my husband said talk to the lawyer. I ask her a question and she ignored it. Did not explain things. Many people on yelp said the same things. They forgot taxes that was on yelp reviews. Moe representing this company deserves a -10 dealing with people.
