Would highly recommend these apartments to anyone! We moved here in September and have loved everything so far. The apartments themselves are very nice, rent is reasonable, most utilities included in the rent, and no issues with the neighbors. No bugs or pests and someone comes weekly to care for the building and property. Area is great, you’re 5-10min from literally everything, very convenient. Very happy so far :)
I will advise anyone not to rent here. The place is not livable. The building makes my skin itch. There is something that makes the skin itch. And they will charge you so much utilities . You have to pay gas electric trash building upkeep to the apartment and also pay to Xcel energy & center point. The management office is rude too. I have rented other places be for this is the first time I was disappointed.

I will start talking about the neighborhood. It's so wonderful, quite and safe. I enjoy myself walking to all the small business around the area. Has a really good location near to target, whole food, Aldi, cafes and commercials. The building itself is great. I had never had problems with my neighbors. Also the girls of the administrative area are wonderful. They always taking care of your and being aware of your needs.
