Do not take your animal here if you are looking for compassionate and professional care. I brought my cat here twice, presenting the same symptoms both times and was told by the Doctor that she was not "that sick" and that we would "never know" what was wrong with her. While I absolutely know that it is tough to diagnose cats, when I asked questions like "What are the options of what this could be and what are next steps?" the Doctor was visibly frustrated and provided no further help.
