Penmar Properties is absolute garbage. By far the worst place I've ever lived. Lease is up in August and I'm gone. No maintenance at all, buildings are run down junk, and nothing ever works. But of course don't bring it up because it wont get fixed anyway. Can't possibly express how much I hate living here.
