Dr Penland, lacks a professional environment, and approach to therapy. She was late to our sessions, was distracted by her own personal issues, and frequently interrupted my thought process, to tend to her dogs. She had difficulty remembering the information I had shared, and often called my family members by names that she had essentially made up.
