This place is a bunch of scammers don’t buy nothing from them.
Smooth talkers- especially Joey. I needed this particular diesel truck for work, and the financing fell through- YES Joey worked hard to find an alternative but was VERY suave- started to feel sales pitched which I detest. My motor was new and under warranty- they claimed they lost the paper and would get it replaced for me, after 12 visits and phone calls, the owner ignores my calls, the rest of them give lip service- its nauseating at this point- 3 months of getting the run around. If my $10,000 motor blows- Im screwed.
Horrible cars and service. I thought this place was shut down. This place will sell you a bad car. My car did not make it pass 6 months really. I had the car under a year.
Everyone is approved 100% approved is a joke. They don’t return calls. Just run your credit and then go ghost. Liars liars liars.
this dealer are thieves. They sold me a Toyota Corolla for $ 19,000 and when I got the papers their price was $ 37,000. and we signed a refinancing contract after 6 months and it took 7 months and they do not want to fulfill their agreement. and they treat us with racism they ignore us.
All they do is tell you lies, lies, and more lies!! Save your time and money for a REAL dealership not this!! These people are crooks! We ended up getting our old car back we traded them bc they wouldn’t back up what they promised. Also we found weed in the glove compartment of the car we left the lot with brought it back to find the young guy walking in with a case a bud light! This place is a joke!!
If I could rate this place 0 stars I would!!!! Terrible place to buy a vehicle from! Get a Ford F-150 from here, got into a little finder binder not enough to tell it, got it fixed through my insurance and find out the vehicle was TOTALED and put back together with new parts and SHEETROCK SCREWS!! Went to confront the manager and he basically told us there’s nothing we can do about it to “hire a lawyer and take us to court” Anyway, we pay to fix the vehicle and continue to pay for it. Kim wont return phone calls like stated. They run your credit and then dont give you any answers. Noone returns a call and gives you the run around when you call back. Very Very rude staff!!! Noone listens nor understands when someone ask them a question!
These guys are straight shooters. Told me everything up front how it worked no double talk. When there was an issue they didn't beat around the Bush and call with what they couldnt do, they had options and solutions. I was so impressed with Mike and Shawn I took my wife and bought her a vehicle too. These are the go to guys to get a car......
