I have had Peninsular doing my regular pest control for many years. If ever I have had an issue with a bug getting in from outside, they were quick to come take care of it. I am very satisfied with their service and professionalism and would recommend them without hesitation.

For 18 years we have paid Peninsular Exterminating for a termite inspection and treatment. Now in the process of selling the house, it has termites and must be tented. Peninsular says it is not their fault, they were treating for a different type of termite. If a realtor hired termite inspector can find evidence of termites why can't Peninsular? A total waste of money and time. My advice is to find someone who actually does a termite inspection. I am now stuck with a $1700 bill for something they should have caught.

However, the residence you are referring to has had a Subterranean Termite Preventative Treatment done, last renewal was done in October 2021, Inspector found drywood termites behind a cabinet which had already swarmed. We are highly trained in the termite field and if our technician had seen evidence of drywood termites in October we would have handled it then and prevented your mother from having to tent her home.
