Very good service. Friendly attentive and helpful. I have always had a good experience in this place. The guy who owns it is Ken who takes his customers seriously but has a great sense of humor. It's an enjoyable experience. No problems. Given the number of times I have used these guys, I am very suspect of the "sugarmagnolia" review. I have never been in the joint where a customer was upset or otherwise dissatisfied. I suppose it could happen but.......

Fabulous Job – I am very happy with the service I received at Peninsula Station Mailbox. I have used them in the past over the years. I had to mail a large box that had breakable items in it including seashells that all arrived intact! Excellent job packing and for sure will do business with in the future.

Great, local service!!! – I came in at 10 minutes to close and the owner Ken not only let me spend an hour getting all my paperwork in order for my visa application including using his personal computer to print out doucments. I'm so glad I live in St. John's and we have businesses like this. I know I wouldn't have gotten the same services at Kinkos.

Thoughtful, efficient service, small-town atmosphere – This is a wonderful place. Ken, the owner, is usually there himself. It has always been a pleasure to deal with him, and on various occasions he has gone out of his way to give me above-and-beyond service. I've never had a problem there. And there's a really nice small-town feel to the place as well.

small town service – This is the place to go for personal service, to be treated professionally with a down home feel. I have been doing business with this establishment for 12 years. I've tried other business' because they may have been closer in distance or more convienient to drive to however I stay loyal to this small business. Horrible Experience – This business is incredibly unprofessional. I sent two time-sensitive packages through Peninsula Station - one, an important legal document, that was returned to me by the post office two days later b/c the Peninsula Station forgot to put postage on it, and the other a set of drawings that were not packaged correctly (even though I paid extra for this service) b/c two weeks later, when my client still had not received them, I checked UPS tracking and learned that the "merchandise was missing."
