Best Physical therapy place I've been a patient of. I just wish their front desk was more responsive/ better about handling phone calls. Other than that complaint they are the absolute peak of physical therapists! I have been to four other offices and none of them have provided care and attention to detail like PSMRC. Keep up the great work!!
Just called this place to ask a question to determine if my insurance would cover services there. Woman on the phone was so rude! Responded with one word, abrupt answers and hung up before conversation was complete. I considered going there for services, but with this negative interaction no way will I step foot in there!
The therapist are fantastic
THE AQUATIC PHYSICAL THERAPY WAS A 10 PLUS WITH KIM AS MY INSTRUCTOR. HOWEVER ALL TRUST AND GREAT TEACHINGS FROM KIM WAS OVERSHADOWED BY THE HORRIBLE, CAUSTIC, AND SO VERY UNPROFFESONAL WAY IN WHICH SHE REPRESENTS THEM. I HAD TO CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT IN THERE PERAMITERS OF AT LEAST 48 HOURS BECAUSE OF AN EMERGENCY AND JESSICA WITH AN ABOMINABLE ATTITUDE TOLD ME THAT I COULDN'T KEEP CANCELING APPOINTMENTS AND NOT HAVE REPROCUSSIONS. I attended this clinic for nearly a year and was never late, and always called ahead to reschedule. Despite that record, I was charged an $80 “no-show” fee after informing the front-desk administrator, Jessica, that I had a cold and needed a few extra days to avoid spreading germs. Her curt, dismissive response showed no willingness to understand my situation, and she later fabricated a version of events that portrayed her in the best light.
