I’ll start with a confession: I have never had a good experience with dentists. Ever. That changed with Dr Fady and the team at The Smile Collective. I’ve just finished my Invisalign treatment (with a few more things still to come) and the whole experience has been fantastic. After finding The Smile Collective and Dr Fadi Goher I’m prepared to drive 3.5 hours from my regional home for oral care! After completing my treatment a few weeks ago, I received a follow-up call from the clinic. The doctor offered me an additional treatment with a different specialist, free of charge, to ensure I was fully satisfied with the results. This second visit went much better than my previous experience, and I truly appreciate the clinic’s effort to make things right.
