After completing my treatment a few weeks ago, I received a follow-up call from the clinic. The doctor offered me an additional treatment with a different specialist, free of charge, to ensure I was fully satisfied with the results. This second visit went much better than my previous experience, and I truly appreciate the clinic’s effort to make things right.

I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent cleaning appointment. I visited this morning expecting a routine cleaning, but felt uncomfortable with the treatment I received. Despite having had a recent check-up with my regular dentist, I was recommended additional treatments that I wasn't comfortable with, particularly regarding my wisdom teeth.
