The ladies were fantastic with my daughter under 7. Explained the equipment use process to us while providing kids shows as a distraction. Everything was simple to remove the next morning. A nice message from Katie the next day to say the signal quality was great and that our sleep Paed was provided with the analysis. Incredibly simple process.
The stuff were amazing very diligent and sensitive very professional and caring. I slept relatively well. I found the mask quite comfortable for a first time ever, but found it difficult to cough.!!

Not happy. Did the at home study and handed the kit back to be told the results won’t be known for 7 to 10 days approximately. Never heard from them. When I phoned them they said the results had been sent to my gp 5 days ago. They didn’t see the need to notify me.I needed those results asap as noted on my paperwork I have a medical condition that needs urgent attention.
