I was referred to Dr. Brooks at Peninsula Prosthodontics by my dentist. I had received upper dentures a year earlier and they simply were not working for me. My bottom teeth were irregular and destabilized the denture whenever I tried to bite into anything, which made eating extremely difficult. In addition to these difficulties, I just could not adjust to the lack of sensory input from the roof of my mouth being covered by the denture.
