The only reason I gave 1 star is because you need to leave at least 1 star in order to write a review. Worst property management company ever. They take your security deposit and the. Will not return it when you move out. They do not notify you within 30 Days if leaving the property of their intent to keep the security deposit. They tell you that you cannot get the security deposit back until all tenants leave the property even though the lease says otherwise. Worst property management company in brevard County and they try Lying to the owners of these properties what's really going on with tenants when you try contacting the office the front receptionist is rude and property Manger v is just as rude and a Liar as well they try covering up the TRUTH with lies ! Would never recommend Don't waste your money renting a property or having this company Manger your property! Go Else where
