We have attended numerous times for different issues over the past few years. Always seen quickly and thoroughly and staff have always been extremely friendly and caring. Well worth the money.

Terrible emergency department!! I have visited numerous amount of times due to having pericarditis and needing support I have had nothing but rude and disrespectful doctors and nurses, at one time I suffered such a panic attack that I stood in the hallway crying and in huge distress and not one person helped me they just told me to wait in my room while I also suffered terrible chest pain!! We came here after my son sliced his hand open, every staff member we dealt with was absolutely lovely, they made a bad experience the best it could possibly be, Thankyou guys😊

This emergency was a disgrace! This is NOT an emergency department but a glorified GP practice which charges exorbitant fees even when you are privately insured. My elderly mother [who is privately insured] was brought here by ambulance in January after a fall where we thought she had broken both her ankles. I was not allowed to go with her due to Covid restrictions. The medical staff refused to even see my mother until their $315 fee was paid over the phone.
