First, I called to schedule the appointments for my 2 granddaughters and specifically asked for a female. When I arrived, I was told the appointment would be with a man, even though it was right in the chart I had asked for a female. Then, what should have taken 20 minutes, took 2 hours because of some "emergency" filling. Then, the dentist that did see the girls took exactly 2 minutes with them and we were out the door. Very very POOR management and it caused me problems at work.

The service is not bad but the clinic needs an update. The way I see it, if a clinic can’t keep their place looking clean and presentable, it makes you question if their equipment is being properly sanitized.

My daughter was very nervous about having a dental procedure done. Patricia and Dr. Alex were absolutely amazing with her! They explained everything in kid friendly terms before the started. They worked quickly, but made are she was okay and comfortable every step of the way!
