We normally have excellent service when we come to PPD. Our experience this time was not up to the excellence to which we are accustomed. There was only one person at the desk when we arrived. While the employee was polite and friendly, it was clear that she was overwhelmed being alone at the front desk. My three children had appointments, however she was only prepared for two of them. She also gave me the paperwork for the hygienist instead of the forms for patients to update. She seemed frazzled answering phones while tryi... read more
